More Convenient Online Ordering

It can be a huge inconvenience not knowing how big or small your order may be. That’s why we’ve added indicative weights, areas and volumes to CSR Connect’s online order page, meaning you’ll know approximately how big and heavy your next order will be.
The new feature shows the weight, area and if applicable, volume of your order. Each time you add a product to your order, the quantity will instantly update. Pretty handy, hey?
Here’s how it works in 3 easy steps.
1. Log in to your CSR Connect account and click ‘Place an order’ on the dashboard or in the order drop down menu.
2. Add items to your order and watch it calculate the weight, area and volume if applicable.
3. Place your order! It’s now up to you to clear out the space and warm up the truck to pick up your items.
Now you’ll be able to decide on the appropriate vehicle for your pick up items or gauge how much storage space you’ll need to store them. This will vastly improve your logistics and you’ll be able to prep yourself and the team for your next order. It’s a subtle but important addition to your online ordering experience.
