Request a change to your CSR order
Thanks to our customers for constantly giving us feedback on ways we can improve CSR Connect.
No need to call and spend time waiting on the phone – you can now “Request a change” to your CSR order via CSR Connect* online, 24/7.
Follow these 2 simple steps while viewing your order in CSR Connect or from your order confirmation email to request changes:
- Click “Request change”
- Enter a note explaining the change and click “Submit Changes”
*Ability to request changes will reflect your local service level offer and is no longer available once the order has commenced picking.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the requested change. If we need to clarify anything regarding your request, one of our customer service representatives will call you.
