We are continually looking for ways to improve CSR Connect, and with the latest updates, we’ve designed a range of new features to make your life a whole lot easier.
Here’s what we’ve been up to!
Dashboard — UPDATES
CSR Connect’s simplified Dashboard is now better than ever. We’ve placed the features you use most front and centre for easy access, whenever you need them!
Documents — NEW FEATURES!
CSR Connect’s new Documents section is your one-stop shop to view and access your invoices, quotes, orders and delivery documents, and proof of delivery quickly and easily.
Keeping track of your documentation has never been easier – you can now see “Document History” associated with any number of transactions, and sort, filter, preview, flag, batch download, add notes, and more.
Check out some of the handy sections within the Documents centre!
- All Documents – see all of your relevant documents, all together, in one convenient place. From invoices, quotations, through to delivery confirmations and proof of delivery you’ll save time searching through documents with our handy filtering tools. It doesn’t get much easier than that!
- Instant Preview – when a document is selected within CSR Connect, you are now presented with a consolidated, logical paper trail of everything relating to that particular document. Save time by getting a preview of your documents before downloading them, meaning you’ll only have to progress with a download when and if you need it!
- Flagging – you can now flag items to keep track of them throughout each stage of the process. Decide which categories work best for you using the green, amber or red flags to identify documents that are urgent in nature.
- Sort and Filter – whether you choose to search and filter the documents you need by date, invoice number or status, CSR Connect’s innovative filtering system will track down the important data you need, alleviating the need for manual sorting processes.
- Batch download – select single or multiple documents and download or save them as a single PDF – making time-consuming individual downloading a thing of the past! You can even have multiple downloads running in the background – allowing you to get on with more important tasks.
- Notes and Sharing – add miscellaneous information to documents whenever you need. Whether it’s a payment date or a client meeting reminder, you can now make a handy note for later review or to share with other CSR Connect users. Sharing of the document’s direct URL, will allow the user to view the document and any corresponding notes made.

The improved search functionality within CSR Connect is not only faster – it’s smarter too. Find exactly what you need, however you prefer to search for it.
