New service at Gyprock Trade that gets you back to work faster
Who has time these days to sit around waiting for an order to be ready? You’ve got work to do and being able to place an order that’ll be ready for pickup as soon as you get to the Gyprock Trade Centre will make your job a breeze.
That’s why we’re rolling out two new exclusive trials as part of the CSR Connect online ordering system. Let me introduce you to ‘Click & Collect’ and ‘Priority Connect’.
The intention is to implement one of these services nationwide. So instead of twiddling your thumbs and waiting around to collect your order, you can get priority service with a simple click of a button.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect is initially available at Silverwater GTC and Leichhardt GTC. With Click & Collect, so long as you place your order online via CSR Connect, you’ll get your orders pre-picked and ready for you to collect as soon as you arrive. Just head straight to the counter, pickup your pre-picked items, hop back in the truck and get straight back to work!
All you have to do is log in to your CSR Connect account, place a pickup order and choose the time that best suits you to collect it.
- The trial is limited to a maximum of 12 different product lines.
- Orders placed between 6am to 2:30pm will be pre-picked and ready for you to collect within the hour.
- Orders placed after hours will be available for pickup at 7am.
- Orders placed before 2pm (Sun–Thur) will have the option to choose the earliest pick-up time slots at 6am or 6:30am the following morning.

Priority Connect
Priority Connect is initially running at our Penrith GTC. With Priority Connect, all you have to do is log in to CSR Connect and place a pickup order and just like that, it’ll be ready in the system.
As soon as you arrive at your GTC, simply head over to the counter. You’ll receive faster service because your order is already in the system. If there’s a queue, you’ll be able to move to the front of the line and we’ll then pick your items. It’ll save you the wait time!
- Place your order through CSR Connect.
- No limit on the amount of items you can order.
- Orders placed between 6am to 2pm are available within the hour.
- Orders placed after hours are available at 7am the next day.
