Your Account Balance at a glance

You’re busy and you need to keep a watchful eye on your accounts so you don’t get into the “Red”. The updated Connect dashboard now displays a helpful Account Balance panel, giving you a quick overview on where your accounts are at.

See your Debit, Credit and Balances at a glance, drill down further into your account balances, or take action and make a payment.

Get around more quickly

Getting to know how a new interface works can take a little time. So we’ve added a welcome panel to make it easier for you to get around Connect more quickly.

1. Access a Guided Tour of all the important functions within Connect.
2. Browse your price list and Place an Order*
3. Keep the accounts department at bay and Make a Payment
4. Or give access to your team and Add a User

Plus, you can speak, chat or email our dedicated support people at any time. They’re there for you when you need them the most.

* The ability to place an order is not available on all accounts. Contact your account manager to find out more.

Stay in the loop

We know that it’s hard to keep on top of all the things that Connect can do to help your business. Our new Notifications Panel will magically appear on your Connect dashboard when you log in and there’s something new to share.

Click on the big red button to be taken through to the new feature or follow the “read more” links to learn what the new feature does. If you don’t have the time to read about the new feature, but you do want to check it out later, just press the “Remind me Later” button and it will be there for you again when you log in next time.
