Promoter: CSR Building Products Limited (ACN 008 631 356) (“CSR”).
Term: The promotion commences on 1 February 2020 at 9:00am AEDT and closes on 31 December 2020 at 11:59pm AEDT unless terminated earlier by CSR at its absolute discretion (“Promotional period”).
Eligible Participants:
The promotion is open to CSR customers registered on the CSR Connect website who are acting with the authority of a CSR customer with an active customer trade or cash account and use the CSR Connect website during the promotional period (“participants”).
To be invited to enter this promotion, a participant must complete the survey on why they stopped using CSR Connect during the Promotional period.

- 31 March 2020
- 30 June 2020
- 30 September 2020
- 31 December 2020
All entries will be reviewed and judged by two senior members of the CSR Connect team. The winning entries will be voted on, at CSR’s absolute discretion, from a shortlist of 10 entries. A minimum of 10 entries per quarter will need to be met for the prize draw, otherwise, entries will be rolled into the next quarter.
All Participants agree to the Promoter publishing responses in a public forum.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are subject to standard usage conditions.
The winner will be announced on the CSR Connect blog at http://blog.csrconnect.com.au no more than 14 days after a winner has been chosen.
Maximum of one entry per person. In the event the participant is acting on behalf of a CSR customer (e.g. as employee, contractor, agent etc.), the participant is responsible for ensuring that receipt of the prize is not a breach of any policy or condition of their employment by the CSR Customer. Additionally, CSR will notify the account holder of the win.
CSR reserves its rights not to award the prize for accounts that are overdue.
Staff of CSR or any partially or wholly owned entity of CSR are not eligible for this promotion.
CSR reserves its rights to modify or terminate this Connect & Win Program at any time by providing notice on the CSR Connect website.
