Save money with Direct Debit credit card payments

The Reserve Bank of Australia recently made changes to the regulation of MasterCard and Visa credit card schemes. These changes resulted in MasterCard and Visa decreasing the merchant fees for accepting credit card payments as well as reducing the benefit applying to card payments made through a recurring Direct Debit program.

How does this impact CSR customers?

CSR will continue to offer credit card payment options with reduced recharge rates applied. We have also delayed passing on the increased costs applying to credit card Direct Debit payments until 1 January 2018.

How can I save on credit card payment fees?

Simply log in or sign up to the CSR Connect business portal to setup Direct Debit credit card payments at the exclusive rate of 0.45% (until 31 December 2017).

The standard credit card payment fees for MasterCard and Visa are currently 1.1% until 31 December 2017.
